During the pandemic, new efforts have been made so that activities can be carried out following safety and social distancing standards. This week, we met remotely with the purpose of structuring the continuity of the lab activities. We used this moment to review standards of our insect rearing systems, the progress of students coursework activities and the participation of our research team in upcoming scientific events.
In order to reinforce our role within open science, outreach, and extension, we have created social media content to increase our communication with the community. In addition, we would like to take the opportunity to welcome the new members of our team, students of the Graduate Programs in Entomology and Ecology, as well as our new Postdoc.
New plans have been added to our calendar, and more information will soon be released.
