Darlison Conceição Ferreira

I have a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Western Pará (UFOPA), Santarém-PA. I am currently a master’s student in the Postgraduate Program in Phytopathology at the Federal University of Viçosa, MG. I study the impacts of essential oils of rosemary (Baccharis dracunculifolia) and anacauita (Schinus molle L.) on the corn weevil (Sitophilus zeamais), verifying whether they cause repellency or population reduction. The aim is to find more natural alternatives that cause less impact, both for humans and the environment.
