Master in Entomology and B.Sc. with licence in Biologic Sciences, from Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), Viçosa-MG. I am currently a PhD. student by the Post-Graduate Program in Entomology, at UFV, campus Viçosa, MG. I study vegetal extracts, their composition and ecologic impacts on diverse organisms, especially bacteria and insecs. Still, I work in the development of biorational products with focus on Integrated Pest Management, using vegetal extracts combined with biological agents.
During my academic career, I promoted some extension events, such as VI Insetos em Cena and IV Bar com Ciência. I also own a microbusiness called Sana, in which I manipulate and sell natural products, such as vegetal oils and butters. My goal is to find natural, ecologic and affordable alternatives for pests and plant disease control.
